Terms of use.

Last updated May 24, 2026. These terms govern your use of mhsconstruction.us. By using the site you agree to them.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by MHS Construction & Design, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “MHS” mean MHS Construction & Design, LLC. References to “you” mean the person accessing the site.

2. Acceptable use

  • Use the site only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer its source, or bypass any security or rate-limiting mechanism.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent consultation requests, or impersonate another person when contacting us.

3. Consultation requests are not a contract

Submitting a consultation request, contact message, or chatbot inquiry does not create a contractor–client relationship and does not commit either party to a project. A binding relationship begins only after a written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Project estimates and pricing

Any pricing, square-foot rate, timeline, or estimate shown on this site (including the consultation form's budget slider) is an illustrative starting point only. Actual project pricing depends on site conditions, scope, finishes, permitting requirements, and current material and labor costs, and is provided only in a written proposal after site assessment.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — copy, photography, illustrations, videos, logos, and design — is owned by MHS Construction & Design, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Project photography on this site depicts real homes we have built or renovated. We retain the right to display that imagery in our portfolio in perpetuity unless a separate agreement with the homeowner specifies otherwise.

6. Third-party services and links

The site embeds or links to third-party services (Calendly, Google Maps, Cloudflare, social platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHS disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the site itself.

Any warranties applicable to our construction services are governed exclusively by the written contract for that project.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, MHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
