We make construction simple and transparent. Eight phases, the same project lead through all of them, and weekly walkthroughs from groundbreaking through handover.

    Private Consultation

    Week 1

    We meet on site or at our Missouri City office to understand your vision, lifestyle, investment range, and design preferences. No quote, no pressure — just a working session to see if the project and the partnership are a fit.

  2. 02

    Concept Development & Design Collaboration

    Weeks 2–6

    We coordinate with your architect, designer, and engineers to translate the brief into a refined concept. Spatial planning, architectural language, material direction, and key technical decisions are made together before anyone breaks ground.

  3. 03

    Budgeting & Proposal

    Weeks 5–7

    You receive a comprehensive proposal — full scope, allowance schedule, line-item pricing, projected timeline, and payment milestones. Everything is on the table before a contract is signed.

  4. 04

    Permitting & Pre-Construction Coordination

    Weeks 6–10

    We manage permits, plan review, utility coordination, and inspection scheduling with local authorities in Missouri City, Sugar Land, Houston, and surrounding jurisdictions. You don't chase paperwork.

  5. 05

    Construction Phase

    Variable

    Your project lead is on site daily. Our crew handles framing, MEP, finishes, and trades coordination with strict quality control, OSHA-compliant site safety, and weekly walkthroughs.

  6. 06

    Project Management & Updates

    Throughout build

    You receive structured updates on progress, milestones, and any decisions that come up — same project lead, same phone number, same Monday-morning rhythm for the life of the build.

  7. 07

    Final Walkthrough & Completion

    Final 2 weeks

    We complete a comprehensive walkthrough with you — every finish, every fixture, every detail signed off. A punch list is created and worked through to zero before we call the project done.

  8. 08

    Ongoing Support & Relationship

    Ongoing

    Our involvement doesn't end at handover. We stay available for warranty work, future enhancements, and the long-term care a premium home deserves. Most of our work today comes from clients we built for years ago.
